This is not a directory dump, and it is not sorted by who shouts loudest. We test our number one on live listings; everyone else is placed on their own published record, their pricing transparency and the owner reports we collect. Unpublished pricing costs a company places on this list, because you cannot plan around a secret. The weighting we apply:
- Transparency — 30%. Whether the number you were quoted is the number you are billed.
- Time saved — 28%. The admin it removes versus running everything yourself.
- Support — 22%. Whether the answer comes from somebody who has run a listing themselves.
- Value — 20%. Cost weighed against the money it makes or protects.

What to nail down first
These three questions save the most money later:
- Everything the quoted rate excludes. Ask for cleaning, linen, maintenance mark-ups and onboarding as line items, not implications.
- How leaving works. Confirm the notice window and that the listing, its review history, the calendar and guest data are yours to take.
- Late-night coverage. The real test of any manager is a locked-out guest at midnight; ask exactly who answers.
